Hello lovelies, can you believe how hot it has been? This post will be about May and June’s Product Empties, I have decided to combine these months as I only had 1 product empty for May.
I am super happy that we are slowly starting to get back to normality. I cannot wait to go and have a pint in my local pub (Pints aren’t just for men!). I also can’t wait to go out for some grub. What are you looking forward to doing?
Empties, empties, empties!
I have 5 empties altogether. I will be telling you their purpose, whether they did what they said on the tin and if I will be repurchasing them.

Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion
I used this body lotion every night as soon as I had my shower (Yeees, I shower at night… it relaxes me). I used it on my arms and legs. It’s for normal to dry skin. It’s formulated with pre-biotic colloidal oatmeal and is suitable for sensitive skin. I mean it did leave my skin super soft.
Repurchase? I did like this product however, my favourite body lotion has come back in stock so I had to buy that instead! It’s the Vaseline Cocoa Radiant Body Lotion.
The Ordinary: Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
I applied two drops to the palm of my hands and rubbed them together. Then, I applied it to my face and neck, covering everywhere. This dries within seconds so you have to be quick! This works to re-hydrate the skin on a multi-depth level keeping it plump and smooth.
Repurchase? I already have another bottle ready to use. It’s super cheap and does exactly what it says on the tin, I love this product and this brand!
What do you think to The Ordinary products?
Ole Henriksen Truth Serum
I used two pumps of this, one on my face and one on my neck. I used it every morning. This product smelt fab and it left my skin looking so vibrant just after a few uses. It’s a collagen booster and is full of FIVE different types of Vitamin C. It brightens, firms, hydrates and helps prevent the appearance of ageing.
Repurchase? I have already had two bottles of this and loved it. However, it’s very expensive! I have decided to try one very similar but for a quarter the price, it’s the Super Facialist Vitamin C Serum.
Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream
I only needed a little bit as it went a long way, I used a pea sized amount each morning and dabbed it underneath my eyes. It smelt amazing! Banana Bright eye cream brightens and instantly targets fine lines and wrinkles, delivering age-defying results. It contains special pigments to instantly brighten and colour-correct the eye area so it’s perfect to hide those bags!
Repurchase? Again, this is my second tub of this but it’s super expensive! I have decided to try another product. It’s the Revolution Skincare Brightening Ginseng Eye Cream.
T-Zone Spot Zapping Gel
I used this on evenings when I saw a spot starting to appear. It’s such a cheap but amazing product. It burns a little but you can feel it doing it’s magic. It rapidly targets, prevents and calms spots and blemishes. It includes tea tree and witch hazel to help clear and prevent infection.
Repurchase? Yas! I buy this all the time, it’s super cheap and works wonders targeting those nasty lil spots!
